1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in resalable condition
- Include its original packaging
Note: Digital textbooks are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
3. Return Process
Before sending any returns, please contact us at support@roverbooks.com for return instructions and authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.
- If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong book, changed your mind), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll issue a refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
6. Exchanges
Need a different title or edition? You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery — just contact us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
