1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
- Carrier: We ship via USPS or comparable standard delivery services.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 business days after order processing.
- Shipping Cost: Always free — no hidden fees.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using the provided link.
4. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Delivery Issues
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Please contact us within 7 business days for assistance.
- While we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an address error.
